When we have formally agreed a final order your representative will also act as your dedicated project manager who will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the design process. Once you have approved our final design layout, your consultant will provide a detailed set of service drawings for you and your contractors.
Your project manager will then be available for site meetings with you and all contractors, answering any queries or issues which may be raised. In most projects there are circumstances beyond our control that will require adjustments to the design, your project manager will oversee all such changes as well as making routine site visits to ensure that everything is running to schedule.
On completion he will ensure that all staff are sufficiently trained, if there are any machines that need chef training this will be arranged with the manufactures development chef’s to ensure the best result for your investment.
